Active Client Model was first introduced by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner. Importantly, it articulates the role clients can play in providing healthy, safe and productive workplaces. It is considered best practice for Contractor Management. This session will take you through how to be an effective Active Client, from the systems to set up in your organisation and some practical language your staff can be trained to use.
