Research and Development Coordinator
Hayden is the Research and Development Coordinator for Work Healthy Australia and is currently undertaking his PhD research in Occupational Injury Management looking at physical, psychosocial and contextual factors which help to predict injury outcome. Hayden’s post-graduate studies have included in-depth training in neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation, giving him a broad and contemporary perspective on complex pain and movement disorders and their relevant scientific literature.
Hayden’s passion for data underpins his relentless search for evidence based solutions to create safer, more productive workplaces. Hayden has a particular interest in the interplay between psychosocial variables and injury outcomes, and the way this can be used to foster faster, more effective return-to-work practices.
