Amy Bell is a dual qualified non-practising lawyer and prior to joining the Victorian Chamber gained over 10 years’ experience in private legal practice. Amy has practised law in England and Wales and Australia representing clients various forums including the Supreme Court and Federal Court of Australia. She has experience in providing training, investigation and mediation services to directors, executives and human resources managers in relation to unfair dismissal, the use and implementation of policies, equal opportunities, and the bullying jurisdiction of the Fair Work Commission.
