Sarah Cuscadden

Group HSE Manager, Probuild

Sarah is the Group Health and Safety Manager at Probuild Construction, responsible for leading the transformation of Building Safety Greatness at Probuild. The transformation is a shift from a focus on systems and processes to a human centred behaviour based one that promotes overall employee health, wellbeing and safety leadership. In this role, Sarah is driven to move beyond compliance and into commitment, and to empower to all persons to be accountable for theirs and others safety. Sarah is leading a team of safety and operational experts, requiring engagement at Board level.

With more than a decade focused on construction, Sarah has worked extensively on large scale iconic construction projects around Australia. More recently Sarah has applied her operational knowledge to developing and executing construction-specific health and safety strategies that accelerate safety leadership and performance, through increased in engagement with employees and subcontractors.

Sarah is a visionary, and is known to challenge the norm, and present out of the box ideas and solutions to health and safety issues.

Kerrie is an experienced Employee Experience professional who has spent the last decade of her career helping companies build inspiring workplace cultures. She knows how to play strategically and tactically, and is most happy when challenging the status quo in organisations. Hailing from big complex organisations like Colgate-Palmolive and GWF, to fast paced fintech startups, and now Jaxzyn, Kerrie blends her commercial smarts with a human-centred approach to deliver engaging people solutions for all things safety, leadership and communication.
