Dale has been a physiotherapist for almost 20 years providing occupational health services to a diverse range of clients. Since investing in emerging technologies and applying their use and insights, primarily in injury prevention, Dale has grown EMP to a National team of over 100 staff, covering all of Australia. This approach has led to the collection of over one million data points, building proprietary knowledge of leading indicators of injury risk, helping to reduce the human impact and associated costs of workplace MSK injuries.
