David has over two decades’ experience supporting, coaching and advising senior managers and executives in constructive and effective people management.

David’s employment background includes working within complex regulatory frameworks delivering strategic advice, restructures, cultural change initiatives and development of team frameworks.

David has facilitated numerous mediations and discussions with employees including those in senior and executive management positions to resolve workplace conflict and develop lasting solutions. 

David holds a post graduate qualification in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Melbourne.
