Erin is the Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing at Medibank – a values-based organisation on a mission to create the best health and wellbeing for all Australians.

Over her two decades experience across a variety of high-risk industries and corporate environments, her focus has been on helping organisations embed wellbeing programs that enhance health, improve team effectiveness and unlock productivity. Erin is passionate about supporting people in the moments that matter and creating a ripple effect beyond the workplace that enables people to feel good, be their best selves and thrive.
