With over 18 years of experience in creating psychologically safe, mentally healthy, and inclusive workplaces, Laine is the People & Inclusion Director and the Head of IDE, Wellbeing & Safety at KPMG Australia. She is also a board member for “Heart on my Sleeve '', a mental health social movement and services provider, Implementation Lead for "Champions of Change Coalition", and Functional Lead at "CMHAA". Laine is passionate about developing leadership capability to improve workplace culture, maximising performance, increasing engagement, employee experience, belonging, and overall wellbeing.
