Lisa has a diverse professional background having previously worked in human resources and workplace relations roles in public transport, tourism, state and local government and ASX listed companies.

Lisa managed the Workplace Relations departments for VCCI (formally VECCI) from 2009 to 2019. As well as management of member and commercial delivery, her role during this time included a focus on government policy and media spokesperson for Workplace Relations.
