Phil Rice is a qualified risk management and corporate governance professional who leads TFE Hotels’ global Safety & Wellbeing Team, supporting TFE’s 70 hotels across Australasia and Europe. With 20 years’ hotel industry experience and fourteen years supporting international hotel brands in the workplace health and safety space, Phil has great depth of experience in proactive management of hospitality workers’ safety and wellbeing, critical incident and emergency response, food safety, injury management and leadership coaching. Passionate about challenging the status quo, Phil loves to share his experience and perspectives of safety and wellbeing from the hotel industry perspective.
